Sources and use of funds
At the moment we don´t have any affiliation under company law with third parties. The company has no parent company or subsidiary, sponsoring association, outsourced business operation, or partner organization.
Here we will publish names of legal entities whose annual donations (incl. contributions, service charges, fees, project funds, donations, etc.) account for more than ten percent of our total annual income. Details of corresponding donations from natural persons will be published following their consent, but will in any case be marked as "major donations from private individuals".
We confirm that the bodies which have to make binding decisions for our organization meet regularly and that the meetings are minuted. Inquiries to our organization are answered within a reasonable period of time. The annual financial statements are signed off by name by a decision-maker of our organization.
