So many species are dying as not for millions of years. Of the human-like there are only 4 left. All together fit in Berlin. The remaining place on the planet have 8 billion of us humans. Is it not possible there to respect the few relatives? With every dying out ape the portal to our own past closes. A piece of our own "humanity" disappears.
We are committed to saving the Cross River gorilla! Its habitat overlaps with others. They are all "keystone species." If they are doing well, many other species are doing well, the ecosystem is healthy. That's an honorable existence. Maybe we should leave Berlin to them.
